These terms govern your use of the Korus app and website. By creating an account or using Korus, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to use the App Store in your region) to use Korus. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.
Your content
You own the creative work you upload — music, video, designs, files, and everything else. By posting it, you grant us the limited license needed to store, display, and deliver it to the people you share it with inside the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including work you share on behalf of a project.
Projects and collaboration
Projects can have multiple owners and collaborators. Roles, invitations, and ownership transfers work as described in the app. Korus does not arbitrate ownership of creative work between collaborators — agree with your team on rights and credit before you publish or monetize work made together.
Paid collaborations
Optional paid collaborations are processed by Stripe, including escrow of funds until work is completed. Korus is not a party to agreements between collaborators, is not a bank, and does not guarantee any party's performance. Stripe's terms apply to payment services.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate, or abuse of other users.
- No uploading content that infringes others' rights or violates the law.
- No attempting to capture, redistribute, or scrape protected focus-group materials.
- No interfering with the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Beta software
Korus is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data created during the beta may be reset where necessary. We'll be as careful as we can, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties during this period.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes between users, including disputes about creative ownership or paid collaborations.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post updates here and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Korus after an update means you accept the new terms.
